1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GuestView OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GuestView OS provides software for short-term rental hosts to automate TV welcome screens, digital guidebooks, and guest communication. The Service integrates with calendar sources (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) via iCal to automatically update displays based on reservation data.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload
  • Complying with all applicable laws regarding your hosting activities

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. We will notify you via email before any price changes take effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to harm or defraud guests or other users

6. Limitation of Liability

GuestView OS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
